Rates

Our rates reflect the total time the musicians are contracted to be at your event and are not subject to any additional consultation or booking fees. There is a one-hour minimum for all events.

First 60 Minutes:

String Quartet - $900

String Trio - $725

String Duo - $500

Solo Violin - $400

Each Additional 15 Minutes:

String Quartet - $100

String Trio - $75

String Duo - $50

Solo Violin - $25

Outdoor Events

Because instruments are very fragile and can be ruined by even small amounts direct sunlight, precipitation, or falling debris, either a 6’ x 6’ or a 10’ x 10’ canopy coverings are required for all outdoor events. You may provide your own canopy if you would like, or we can bring one for an additional fee.

6’ x 6’ Canopy rental and setup - $75 (Solos and Duos)

10’ x 10’ Canopy rental and setup - $150 (Trios and String Quartets)

Mileage

We charge mileage for events located more than 40 miles from Champaign-Urbana. Please contact us for a quote.

Arrangements

If there are specific songs you would like performed that are not already on our repertoire list, we would be happy to arrange them for you for a fee. To maintain a high performance quality, we do our own arranging, and any arrangements made for an event remain the property of Vine Street Ensemble.

Arrangement Fee - $75 per song
